Overall, it's a very good effort I'd say.

Some of the guys I think are too HIGH
    - Julio Cesar Chavez
    - Ricardo Lopez
    - Rocky Marciano
    - Jack Dempsey
    - Manny Pacquiao
    - Salvador Sanchez
    - Bernard Hopkins
    - Floyd Mayweather
    - Manuel Ortiz
    - Panama Al Brown
    - Khaosai Galaxy
    - Carlos Zarate
    - Pancho Villa
    - Eusebio Pedroza
    - Lennox Lewis
    - Marcel Cerdan
    - Jack Johnson

Some guys I think are too LOW
    - Holman Williams
    - Emile Griffith
    - Tony Canzoneri
    - Carlos Ortiz
    - Luis Manuel Rodriguez
    - Gene Tunney
    - Jimmy McLarnin
    - Jose Napoles
    - Miguel Canto
    - Tommy Hearns

    * Khaosai Galaxy shouldn't come close to a top 100 list. His resume is way too thin and is definitely not as good as others in his weight region such as Hilario Zapata, Sung Kil Moon, Gilberto Roman, Jiro Watanabe, Nana Konadu, etc.

    * Luis Manuel Rodriguez and Carlos Ortiz have great resumes and should be higher, especially Rodriguez.

    * Holman Williams should be above Marcel Cerdan

    * Jack Johnson shouldn't be above Ray Leonard

    * Emile Griffith should NOT be behind Floyd Mayweather (same goes for Hearns being behind Pacquiao)

But like I said, great effort and an excellent list!

Did you use a special modeling software to contruct your list (to work out the percentages and what not) or just plain Microsoft excel?

If so, can we see it?

it's not that scientific..i just list the top fighters per division and from there work my list. i consider resume, longetivity, dominance(talent). i start elaluating it when the boxers is already a contender and until the point the boxer is still elite in that era (probably top 100 p4p before the fight) thus the loss of delahoya to pacquiao still has merit in his rankings bec he is still top 100 p4p that time

            Harada is way to high.

Still once you go about 20 deep it gets hard with these lists, so to each their own.
Harada is an amazing fighter. Truly amazing. He was one of the few main unified world champs who was utterly undisputed for a long time. He's the only guy to beat the legendary Eder Jofre, and he did it twice! He has also beaten the great Pone Kingpetch (who beat the great Pascal Perez, also twice), among many others. That's a lot of really fine fighters.

He's most often underrated by people. He is a brilliant fighter and well deserving of his place. I don't think he's one of the guys on the list that you can say is not deserving of that high a place because he has earned it, but opinion could have him lower and most often does, though it's not at all wrong.

He did actually lose when they fought each other
