    he's definitely past his best.

    he blows up in between fights too which hurts.

    too bad we didn't see him vs. vic earlier in his career.

        You could see pretty clearly in the Mijares fight that Jorge has a pretty limited amount left. With his style and the number of fights that he has had it is not a surprise really. Still a good win for Vic though. Arce is still a tough guy, even now. He isn't totally shot, but he is definately diminished.

                  Arce didn't seem shot last night - Vic was just good.

                  I was amazed at how many hard punches Arce took and remained standing - he put up a much better fight against Vic than Mijares.

                    you've never been more correct man... props to vic as well... i think a match between him and michael carbajal would have been a dream match at 115... a couple of more wins like this and vic will be on carbajal's level IMO...
