Ike Ibeabuchi vs Lennox Lewis/Wladamire Klitscho

So who do you guys think takes this fight?

Ike was one of those special fighters who could go 12 rounds throwing over a thousand punches all with power, not showing signs of fatigue, he could box as well as brawl, and ontop of all of that his chin was damn solid (he took all of Tuas best left hooks like they were nothing).

Against Lennox Lewis I think it would have been a close fight uptill the later rounds. At the end of the day I see Ike wearing Lewis down and stopping him via TKO is a hell of a fight. It would probably be a high pace boxing match, and since Lewises right hand wouldnt faze Ike, we all know Ikes would bother Lewis culminating in a late round corner/ref stoppage as the pace gets the better of Lewis or a close UD. All in all it would have been a very good fight.

Against Wladomire on the other hand I think Ike would box him for the first few rounds, untill he realizes that Klitscko doesn't have the stamina or the beard to maintain a high paced fight, this would turn on a switch within Ike leading him to go all out on Wlad pummling him from pillar to post untill he knocks him out in a fashion simalar to the Chris Byrd fight.

Anyways I think Ike would beat both of them. Lewis in a very close competitive fight, and Wlad via brutal destruction. So, what do you guys think?

I think Ike woulda wiped the floor with lad and probably beat Lewis in a classic!

I Really like Ibeabuchi, shame he went mad! We will never know for sure how good he coulda been but he beat Prime Tua and Byrd very early in his career

Honestly, I think he would dust Wlad off in a couple rounds but have a much tougher time with Lennox. As good as Ike was he never faced a world class guy with the dimensions of Lennox and Lennox uppercuts that he unleashed against Vitali were brutal and that was an old Lennox. I can see Lennox outboxing him but occasionally getting into a brawl with Lennox pulling out a close SD

If he had fought Klitschko back at that time, he would have probably iced him (Wladimir was clearly not at his peak in those days). Lewis, I doubt he was ready for. He had yet to even pick up his first title. Still, there's little point speculating. Certainly one of the most unfortunate cases among heavyweight contenders in recent memory.
