I bet you that if the plaster investigation turns out to be true, no one will admit guilt of doing it. Knowingly or unknowingly how the material ended in the wraps, they will deny, deny, deny. I dont know if Marg use the same thing on Cotto but the only way to find out is to put them one more time and see what happends, at least to give Cotto the chance to prove that, that was the case or to give Marg the chance to do the same damage and be clear for at least that fight. I hope his not guilty so he can fight Cotto again but if he is, then they need to pay for their crime.
