Don't get me wrong, I understand that Chris John is a very good fighter. He has a draw though, incase you didn't notice, and has been given many a gift back home in Jakarta.

Sergiy Dzinziruk is a decent fighter, but he's 32 years old and is at 36-0. He'd have to get another 10 fights out the way in a short space of time. Zsolt Erdei is another very good European fighter, but he's currently at 30-0 at 34 years old.

I don't really see anybody from the current crop of boxers we have before us at the moment who will be able to match Joe Calzaghe's record.

At this rate, if Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. keeps fighting bums, he may very well be the first boxer to reach 100-0 just within a decade.

You're probably right. JCC Jr is only 22 years old, already 38-0 and hasn't shown any intention to step up his level of competition.

He'll make the step up to contender class sooner or later and will well and truly get Amir Khan'ed.

Actually, the WBC has already turned him into a fringe contender, #4 with that resume? What a fraud! The funny thing is that he will surely run head-on into a KO by Kermit Cintron, Sergio Martinez or Vernon Forrest. But as long as he remains fighting in bumland, there should be no problem.

Robin Reid took Calzaghes 0 back in 1999.

With the same competition, not too long. He's a great fighter, and I respect what he's done. I'm just not too impressed.

Alot of Warren fighters pad their records senseless.

I mean if Calzaghe can have 46 bouts, and be the overwhelming favourite in 45 of them, im sure Warren can do the same for someone else
Calzaghe was not the favorite against Eubank and Lacy, and shouldn't have been the fav against Hopkins, being that he was jumping up in weight to fight a top 5 p4p fighter. Kessler was almost an even fight as I can remember.

Floyd Mayweather has been the favorite in all of his fights but one, which was almost even money. Does that mean all he fought was bums?
