Why do I have to be high or drunk to speak on what I saw & that was Mosley winning the 11th. It sounds like your a big Miguel Cotto fan getting in your feelings about me giving my observation & opinion about the fight. Maybe "YOU" should watch it again from an Un bias view first before labeling a guy as absurd. Mosley had Cotto on the ropes & on the run. He landed some flush shots on Mosley but Mosley ate them & had Cotto backing up when he landed plain & simple.

Cotto landed more, more often and the harder shots in that round. It doesnt matter if he did it backing up or going straight forward. Why do I have to be high or drunk to speak on what I saw & that was Mosley winning the 11th. There is so much wrong with what you just posted. Cotto landed more & he landed the harder shots in that round? Then how come Mosley kept walking towards Cotto, ****ing on him & had Cotto retreating?Comment

What ever I say or however I talk is of NO concern because I state facts & make up my own mind and voice my own opinions. Not yours, his or whoever. You guys sound salty because I'm giving my own observation about a fight that has already happened? Regardless on what I say and feel Cotto won so it is what it is. You guys are clearly Miguel Cotto fans and that's all find and dandy but I'm a boxing fan and truly feel that Miguel Cotto was/is overrated but again that is myMr Champ...
Might I interject and make the suggestion to use some slang terminology to possibly help or strengthen your rather fascinating debate ....."REAL TALK" OR MAYBE " MY DUDE" can possibly turn this whole debate which at this point stands in your favor to a landslide in your favor.
opinion and doesn't reflect on my observation of the 11th Rd. That's.........

First off this is a debate about the Mosley/Cotto fight in the 11th round, where does Mayweather come into play? I haven't even mentioned him at all. This is about Cotto right? You guys must be young ins name calling and trying to pick arguments on a boxing thread? Ha, ha, ha that's hilarious at best!! tag teaming on a guy posting on a thread about something that won't change because it's said and done. Aren't you the same guy that tries to sound intellectual by name calling and popping your own corny jokes? Listen man, I'm on here to voice my opinions by posting what I feel because I love the sport of boxing not to be beefing for nothing. A hugger? You about to start arguing with me over Miguel Cotto losing the 11th, even though he won the fight? Who's the REAL hugger? Anyways take care.Comment

When did that accident happen??Only fanatics of Cotto like my self know about this. The accident was really bad, Cotto fell asleep on the way to training and crashed. I beleive that is part of the reason he is not 2 handed fighter. He has a titanium rod (which is about 6 inches long I beleive) in his right arm in the proximity of the elbow up to the bicep area, which is weightless. Having an artificial peace like that in his arm could cause a lot of discomfort. Anyways I'm not a medic. Go Cotto. peace.Comment

I agree with you. I never understood why he would leave his career in the hands of anyone but himself? I bet Mosley will come in the ring a little wiser & more conditioned to go the full 12 in a potential rematch. I thought that Arum was looking to get Kermit Cintron in the ring with Miguel Cotto but picked Michael Jennings instead. That's a fight I've been interested in for a while now and would love to see it. Both of them have a punchers chance. I can't wait for the day when a fighter at 147 unifies the titles inCotto needs to be careful with challenging Mosley. He has their past fight to build on knowledge-wise plus the Marg defeat. Cotto also needs to give his input on matchups instead of "whatever my company decides..." thats the attitude that can get fighters in career trouble. Arum is smart but has money in the forefront of his mind...Cotto is intuitive enough to make some of his own suggestions at the least.

That's B.S.! Antonio Margarito NEVER has a master plan. He just comes in and presses forward, throwing punches in bunches while leaving his face exposed & elbows tucked closed to his body. That's why ****m Richardson knew EXACTLY how to beat him & passed it on to Shane Mosley. Shane mixed up his punches to the head and body (Something Cotto didn't do). Shane engaged Margarito & stayed off the ropes & kept it mostly in the middle (Something Cotto didn't do). Mosley clinched Margarito & pushed him around (Something Cotto didn't do). All Margarito did was chase Cotto around, applied pressure & swung at Cotto until he hit him effectively. Cotto could have beat Margarito but he just didn't have the right plan & I believe he didn't study Margarito. Cotto was so pressured he didn't even know how to get to Margarito's body & those are his best punches? Margarito didn't have a master plan, he was just tougher.Comment

Fight of the year? You mean Miguel Cotto got his ass whipped that year. Cotto hit Margarito a bunch of times with his best shots but he never hurt Margarito, made him stagger nor wobble. Now people will try to give Cotto a pass because of the "Plaster substance" he may or may not have used during their match up which will never be revealed only assumed but that would mean he had it on when he fought Paul Williams right? Because when Margarito connected on Paul he hurt him bad but out of the two, Cotto took the worst beating. Skills pays the bills boys.Comment

Cotto hit Margarito with everything, and Margarito just smiled at him and kept coming.Even if Margarito had what was found in his wraps before the mosley fight in the Cotto fight,It would only have come into play in the later rounds when the natural padding in the glove started to lose its integrity.Cotto got his nose smashed in round two,and its a bit silly to suggest that a fighter of margaritos rank and standing wouldnt have been able to inflict damage on another fighter.Cotto fought the wrong kind of fight and lost.It happens. It is credit to Cotto that he hasnt started screaming foul. Its just a shame that some of his fans havent got the same amount of dignityComment
