Only fanatics of Cotto like my self know about this. The accident was really bad, Cotto fell asleep on the way to training and crashed. I beleive that is part of the reason he is not 2 handed fighter. He has a titanium rod (which is about 6 inches long I beleive) in his right arm in the proximity of the elbow up to the bicep area, which is weightless. Having an artificial peace like that in his arm could cause a lot of discomfort. Anyways I'm not a medic. Go Cotto. peace.

Regardless of Miguel's Weight I dont see any problem for Cotto shedding it off.As for the arm thats probably no big deal for Cotto,Miguel has to be use to some of the ache's and pains by now and with the therapy He'll be good.Cotto Wins this fight against Jennings some where in between 4-9 rounds by Ko.Last edited by SlickRikki; 02-06-2009, 07:37 AM.

He's said after full recovery and getting that steel rod in his shoulder he began hitting harder with that right arm.

I find this all very strange. Cotto had no problems with the arm and came right back ahead of schedule after the crash. I have never heard him complain about any major discomfort only minor. I wonder if 'Manos De Yeso' = Hands Of Plaster' Landed any bombs on his arm? Or maybe Cotto fell while he was on a drunken rampage or maybe his fat buddy fell on him. I hope this weight thing and this arm thing are not excuses by Camp Cotto. Is Cotto the same fighter? It don't sound that way. Can he come back? He does have a choice. Now I am dying to know weather or not Tony is a plaster wrapper and if he is, I hope they never let him box again. 4 days biatches, 4 days. I have already hung Tony before the hearing, lol Guilty until Proven Innocent. That's right!
