to be honest i like benn a lot and respect him for what he did in the ring but we all no he sort of lost the plot over the years so is his opinion really viable now

I see what he is getting at.I dont think joe would have had too many problems with duran,as he was never that great at mw,he could possibly of beaten hearns if he managed to stay away from that right hand.I couldnt see him beating leonard or hagler tho.there is some youtube footage of benn sparring duran after the watson fight when he started over out in the states,and benn absolutely murdered him

to be honest i think joe had the potential to beat a lot more than he did yeah he didnt want to take risks and i understand thats y some ppl dislike him that and he ws a cry baby but that said 46 fights unbeaten is a great achivement i only wish he had faught roy jones 7-10 years ago and id like to see if he could take a right hand off hearns i agree it would probs put him down the question is would he have stayed there

well you entitled to you opinion and yeah ill admit he was boring at times a cry baby and didnt like to take risks but he was a very clever fighter who new what he had to do to win he new he couldnt stand toe to to with bhop so hi hit and held the fight was ugly yeah and boring to watch but it worked for him he wasnt an exciting fighter by a long shot but the man new what he had to do
