LOL! None of those fighters were counted out. With the exception of Manfredy, they were all stopped by their corners. And in the case of Manfredy, he was stopped by the ref.
I'm sure anyone that witnessed the Manfredy-Mayweather bout remembers the raging Manfredy crying foul all night long.
Like I said, Mayweather was the fastest and baddest mofo the Jr. Lightweight division had seen in some time; however, his power at 130 was well below average.
The ref did Manfredy a favor.
Corrales' father did the same. That dude had no legs when the fight was stopped.
And Floyd was respectful towards Hernandez. It's only when Genaro himself tried to get a KO that Floyd really got in his ass.Comment

His power was below average for a Jr. Lightweight. It was his speed and defense that set him apart.
I'll never forget CARLOS GERENA screaming out in the middle of the ring "No punch" as he ate Mayweather punch after Mayweather power punch.
He never got Manfredy off his feet. He never got Genaro off his feet. He couldn't put a dent in Carlos Rios (a nationally televised fight), he couldn't put a dent in Carlos Hernandez either. ****, he didn't take Jesus Chavez off his feet either.
The Corrales fight was the first fight where Mayweather ever showed a modicum of power...
Nope.
Try again.Comment

After scoring that fight like 15 times. I had the fight a draw 8 times, 6 times for Tito and 1 for Oscar. If you watch the fight without the bias commentators, youll see, that there were rounds that DLH didnt land a punch, and they were all over Oscars nuts!!!!!!!!!!Comment

Even Harold Lederman, who co-chairs the Oscar De La Hoya Cheerleading Squad with Jim Lampley, only gave it to the Golden Boy by one point. What a robbery.Comment
