Speaking of noses, Froch's is part of the reason - well, a big part of the reason - I can't stand the guy. A nose makes all the difference.

It might be good to pass the torch from a fightfans perspective. In that way you get to keep linearity. But it's so rare that a top-fighter retires undefeated so it's a moment to cherish and hope that he never comes back.
Personally for me he doesn't have unfinished business with Hopkins. Joe fought the worst fight in several years and Hopkins was still completely spent in the championship rounds. Of course you can say that it was Hopkins spoiling style that made Joe look bad, but I really cannot see Hopkins winning a rematch at all.Comment

At least he knows when to retire. Others should take a leaf out of his book and avoid getting ko'd by bums.
Well done Joe, you had a good career. Yes, you could have fought better opposition earlier, but at least you never lost to average fighters.

HAHAHA! cosign......but cong**** on a great career. good riddance!Joe "The GOAT" Calzaghe P4P #1 of all time!!
j/k dude, personally I think I really don't like this guy. He really thinks his legacy is sealed with Hopkins and Jones wins....
But of course it is his decision, I'm sure he's made enough money to live quite comfortably and who am I to tell a man when he should or shouldn't retire??
kessler may have to fight real fighters then....Comment
