I like Pernell but Duran would eat him for lunch.

Just my argument as to why I think Pea in the top 20 is not as laughable as you think.
He was on top of the sport for a long time. Chavez and McGirt were among the top 3-4 fighters in the sport when Pea beat them.

You combine his skill, impressive resume and the length of his reign on top and you can certainly make the case for top 20 all-time.

In your mind, what makes Hagler a greater fighter historically?

True story. You can go down the list after that.

                    McGirt
                    Haugen
                    Vazquez
                    Mayweather
                    Pendleton
                    Paez
                    etc
I agree with this if you look at the numbers of fights and wins but if you look who did they beat i think Barrera, Morales, Delahoya >>> Chavez, Ramirez and Nelson...

Ramirez and Chavez is highly rated cu'z of their number of fights and wins not to mention that they lose their important fights...

Pacquiao not fight the legends one's but numerous time...

Monzon is not higher than Pernell, you crazy?

Honestly dog...did you see any of these guys fight? Did you research their records as to when they fought these guys?

Pea is top 20 at worst.
