Why is Paul Williams a legend again?

I say again because after his loss to Quintana many fans jumped ship. But now after beating Quintana, Kolle and Verno Phillips people act like he is invinceable in multiple divisions and is the fighter to watch! He barely sc****d by Margo by outworking him and the other guys are pretty irrelevant in boxing. What am I missing here?
