Valero has never been in the ring with anybody you could even call decent. How the hell is he going to beat Casamayor? I don't care how old or slow Casamayor has gotten the last couple years. No way a guy like Valero beats a guy like Casamayor.Comment

Dude...they are willing to work a deal with Campbell. Campbell wrote a whole ****ing novel on how GBP bascially sucks in his mind (Which Jim Bagg countered with a beautiful article of his own for the record).
Now they are willing to do business with Campbell. Things change.Comment

As I said, it depends on how much Casamayor has left, he also just got knocked out for the first time and one thing you have to give Valero is his power, maybe Casamayor's punch resistance is going a little and who knows what might happen if Valero lands a big punch on his chin.
Skillwise, Casamayor is definitely better.
I haven't really been impressed from what I've seen from Valero but he would be a very tough guy to beat if the rumors of him improving drastically technically under Kenny Adams are true.Comment
