I gotta Admit, im glad MAYORGA dropped out

ANGULO-GOMEZ is a much more appealing fight. I think Mayorga-Angulo could have been a fun fight and everything, but i honestly believe that Mayorga is to awkward and strong for Angulo and the fight would turn kinda ugly.

I see Angulo as a fighter more on the level of a Gomez, and i think thats a much more even and competitive matchup. Not that Mayorga-Angulo wasnt a good matchup, but Gomez-Angulo gets my blood flowing more.

It is a garunteed action fight

Mayorga is a huge ticket seller though. It's always pretty much a guarantee that it'll be exciting.

Gomez...Alfonso Gomez? I like the dude, but he stands no chance in hell. This could be just as bad of a beatdown as Cotto-Gomez was except Angulo won't be boxin. He'll be hunting.

I disagree. I think Angulo would have ended up winning by KO, but at least Mayorga would have been swinging like a wild man. Gomez cant punch a lick. If he trades with Angulo it'll get ugly quick.

You would rather see Angulo beat the hell out of Gomez than Angulo get the biggest test of his career yet?
