Is it a good or bad sign that Cotto got a bunch of tats after losing?

I was thinking along those lines. I'm going to reserve my judgement until after he fights. If he looks focused, I would say the tattoos don't mean anything but if he falls apart out there in a fight he should win, I might be inclined to think losing his 0 made him wig out a bit.

If he was upset about his loss to Margarito, Im sure hes over that now. Margarito is a cheater. Cotto would have won that fight if Margarito didnt put that plaster in his gloves.
