Most people I know that got tats get addicted and start getting more. That seems to be the normal process.

Nah, he started getting them before the Gomez fight, and this time he had a bunch of time off so they could heal.

They bother me cause they look ******, I don't think they say anything about his mental stability.

The first loss is depressing to EVERY fighter. Cotto's human, he has feelings too, so I imagine he was down on himself for a long while. It's not like he's been active these past few months to keep himself upbeat and distracted. MAYBE the tats are a way of coping. Maybe.

But let's not overreact here. Jennings is facing someone who's NOT done yet, and has something to prove to the public.
