HA! Norman Stone was the best trainer/manager ever. now that hes gone theres no real point in watching a John Ruiz fight anymore.

he was even crazier than Lou Duva, except not nearly as much of an idiot and far more badass.

heard he was a Vietnam vet, but I might be getting mixed up.

Terrible how he and Ruiz would not give Jones his props.

it actually is almost touching the way he looks out for Ruiz. Ruiz is one of the least offensive heavyweights in the history of boxing, but Stone would fight to the death for him.

that ref was tryin to get back at Norman too, haha. if you notice, he says Im not gonna do it, you do it' to him when the glove wrapping part happens, and I guess it was impulse for Norman to talk back. hahaha.

another part I thought was hilarious was when he took the belt from Valuev and then lifted it into the air, and then all the people in the arena cheered. ahaha! I bet Stone would have beat the stuffing out of that Sauerland guy that hit him.

other hilarious Norman Stone moments? youll see a ton of them during the Ruiz-Roy Jones fight, especially around the 5th round I believe, one of his best outbursts ever.
he evens tries to pick a fight with James Toney at the Ruiz-Toney press conference, ha.

nah, it wasnt the 5th...Stone wasnt even in the corner at that point.

its 1:24. what a crazy bastard. I laughed so hard the first time I saw that.

Stone was hilarious in the Ruiz-RJ fight. He kinda stole some of the show.
