It won't be. Setanta Sports have the rights to air Haye's fights.

Hatton, Khan and EnzoMac are the only ones who remain on PPV (Sky Box Office).

      That's what I was thinking.

Side note...if this fight does get made in the UK, I'm hoping it's a more tasteful affair than the last self-promoted David Haye fight. That was a tacky, gaudy, shabby, amateurish looking production right there. Monte Barrett going arse over tit in his attempt to vault the ropes was just a cherry of tragic hilarity on top of an already farcical blancmange.
The Setanta-themed 'bumblebee' colorway was an especially vile touch.

Hopefully, K2's involvement in the promotional shakeup will lend a touch of class to proceedings.

Yeah, Wlad watched the Mock, Thompson, Mormeck and Barrett fights and has been uncontrollably shaking in his boots ever since.

Its all just negotiations I am still confident the fight will take place, and i have heard nothing about a 50/50 purse split.

I think this could be haye and his promotion team trying to pull a is it on or not trick which people thought was going on with the pac and hatton fight, to try and boost the publicity and excitment about the fight whilst continuing to use his ali tactic of have digs at wlad to try and piss him off, which i think will work against him because it will only make wlad more focused on his job.

If it is down to purse well haye should take 30 - 70 split and be happy because Wlad doesnt need to fight haye yet, haye isn't a big enough name world wide to warrant a bigger portion, haye would have done better facing a couple of american fighters like a arreola, thompson, ruiz or maybe samuel peter and if he got through a couple of them, the american audience would believe his hype more and he could ask for a bigger portion. even though i want haye to win i think this a few fights to early and he will get stopped in about the 8th or 9th round.

Haye thinks he deserves a huge payday, but he DOSEN'T deserve ****! He hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse....It should be 70-30 for Wlad.

Haye just wants a big payday so he can cash out after he gets KO'd and humuliated by Wlad.

...This post is dead nuts on.

Wladamir is a giant Marshmellow who can not fight for himself...

When he was KO'd by Ross Purity he ran and called his brother

When he was KO'd by Corrie Sanders he ran and called his brother

When he was KD'd 3 times by sam peter he ran to call his brother

Now that Haye has disrespected Wlad in a magazine, Wlad is trying to stall untill March 21st so Vitali will have to fight Haye and not him. Wlad is the biggest ***** in the history of the sport.

I don't know what's really going on behind the scenes with this fight and Mr. Haye in particular, but even for a guy like me, who carries the Hayemaker torch, it's getting incredibly old, incredibly fast.

In two weeks it will have been 3 months since Haye's last fight. He's young and hungry so why, especially when talks stall, isn't he fighting someone else? I understand the layoff between the Enzo Mac fight and the Barrett fight but even looking back at that time Haye had an opponent, then he didn't, then he did again, then he didn't, and then finally he got Barrett. It's no different now.

I'm not going to point the finger solely at the Hayemaker but guys like him, you know, young, hungry, ambitious, and poised to clean up the division as he put it, should be fighting every 3-4 months minimum. I respect Haye wanting the biggest fights right out of the gate, there's nothing wrong with that, but since talking his way into a fight with a Klitschko isn't working, why not go out and knock all the fat bums in the heavyweight division out and make yourself a mandatory for one or both of the brothers?

It could be that both Klitschko's want nothing to do with Haye. It could be that either Haye's side or the Klitschko's can't settle on a purse split, location, whatever. The point is, if the Hayemaker is who he says he is and is going to do what he said he was going to do shorty after the Enzo fight, he should be fighting and fighting often. If Haye doesn't fight until June he will have only fought twice in nearly 15 months!

I remain and will remain a Haye supporter because the guy's damn entertaining both in and out of the ring. All of this rehtoric however is growing old...and fast! I know that boxing is a business for most fighters, including Mr. Haye but if he really wants a shot at Wladimir, he should take the fight under any reasonable terms that Wladimir throws at him. Once he becomes champion then he'll have every right to set the terms of a fight.

Given that fact that this same crap happened between the Enzo and Barrett fight makes it difficult for me to believe that the problems getting a fight made are anyone's but Haye's and his team. The Hayemaker needs to step on the gas here and get a fight made with someone, anyone. As long as it's not against another fringe contender I'll have nothing to complain about. I love Haye's trash talking but I'm ready for an active Hayemaker, not a part time fighter who makes promises but then sits on the sidelines talking and promising this and that.

Fight once every three months and the Hayemaker would be a mandatory in no time at all. Negotiations are breaking down at every turn and every fight for the Hayemaker so he just needs to get out there and force a Klitschko fight by doing it the old fashioned way and knocking other contenders out!
