Just seen a docmentary about him.
    Looks like a good prospect....
Althought i dont know much about him?

    What do you guys think?
Is he a contender at light welterweight?
As i said i dont know much about him but he looks good in the documentary and his record speaks for itself

Salita has good skills, pretty fast hands, not much power, likes to move around, I don't think he'd beat the top guys in the division but he'd give them tough fights.

he's got a FB, i talked to the guy. he feels like fighting hatton. i was just honest, i said that i don't think he's ready. now Zab Judah would be better, also because they're both from Brooklyn, which would make an awesome local attraction. "Battle for Brooklyn", even for an undercard, hehehe. also Zab is kinda on the downturn, and he was interested in moving back to light welter. so.. yeah i would say him and Zab. but anyway, still a class contender, he needs a little more seasoning. but he's a prospect.

Zab may be a little to seasoned for him yet, but it would be a local fight that would sell. Another thing they would have in common is religion. They're both ***ish.

I've talked to Salita a few times thru e-mail and he seems like a nice kid. I wish him luck.

I think he is at least worthy to challenge for a title

That would be a good fight. Also a battle of the ***s. Dimitry is full *** and Zab is half. Both men were the star of david on the trunks. I like Salita, I hope he can do well and win the ***ish people anouther world title.
