Can I take Edwin Rosario off my top 12 list, safely, and replace him with Miguel Cotto?

I was forced by Mexicans to put Rosario on my top 12 list !!! Looking at his record, he sucks.

I agree with the other guy, this 3 welterweights are definitely the best in the division, they need a rematch with each other for confirmation.

I think Mosley is the #1 WW, since his very close fight with Cotto many people saw that it could've gone either way. Then he knocked out Marg.
Mosley demonstrated boxing ability and discipline that Cotto doesn't have yet, for example the constant clinching as deemed necessary to avoid Marg from having any kind of momentum, and avoid the brawl by stepping out of Margarito's reach. However, contrary to popular belief, Mosley's time is running out and in a near future, I can see Cotto becoming #1.

It could happen, maybe in Puerto Rico.....................but after cheating it's best not to. Maybe Mexico. Nope, too dangerous.They'd have to take it outta country, like Alfredo vs Alex Arguello, did. They even fought in Rome, with speacal gloves known for cutting really badly.....
