            The most versatile left hooks I've ever seen come from Sugar Ray Robinson and Roy Jones. Both could double and triple the hooks, throw them as 3/4 uppercuts, or just crack you across the chin with one. Robinson's was definitely heavier though.

            Bob Foster of course, as someone said in an earlier post. Felix Trinidad had a very heavy left hook, almost concussive but the problem is that he loaded up too much and tried to knock you out with each hook. Pepino Cuevas had a good one punch left hook.
