Terrible list, I know... I am not that great on history, but... this exercise is to remind people of all the great people he beat, rather than just focusing on all of the people that he lost to.
The only fights on your list worthy of mentioning are Whitaker and Quartey. The rest on that list, although some were good in their own right, ie Genaro, on second thought, the rest of those fighters were atleast 2-3 levels below De La Joto.

How can you give props to Joto for beating fighters he was suppose to beat.

The reason that the majority of those fighters on your list don't get mentioned is because most of them were either way past their best or simply not DLH's level.

Now, take PAC for example, in alot of his bouts against the 3 amigos, he was either the underdog or the slight favorite. Especially the DLH fight, he was a big underdog and proved alot of us wrong!

Everyone has to give Oscar their own resume. His fights were so close and apparently often disputable that you just have to rewatch them, score them, and decide his legacy for yourself. Particularly if you haven't seen the Pernell Whitaker, Ike Quartey, Tito Trinidad, Shane Mosley 2, and Felix Sturm fights then you can't really judge him. Every other fight is more or less undebateable, but those five define his legacy in controversy.

Personally I think Two of them are easy. He beat Tito 7-5 minimum, though I come up with 8-4 when I watch it. In turn, Sturm beat him 7-5 or 8-4. The wrong guy won each of those fights. Overall my scores come out overall favorable to Oscar. While I'd turn his Sweet Pea win into a 114 all draw, I thought he convincingly won the rematch with Roid Mosley and I thought the 12th gave him the Quartey fight. I had Oscar down one going into the 12th and up one at the end of it.

With prime Mosley and Trinidad on the list, even with Whitaker moved to the draw column and Sturm being absent, it is a much more impressive resume.

No matter what people say he still has the L on the tito fight and on the second mosley fight, and he still has the w in the quartey and sturm fight no matter if you think he won or lost you have to view his resume by what the ruling came out to be. His best 3 wins are Whitaker, Quartey, Vargas then i would say Chavez 1, Oba Carr, Hector Camacho, Miguel Angel Hernandez, Chavez 2, Ricarrdo Mayorga, and Jesse James Leija

I don't know anything about people like Molina, Carr, etc., so that's why they didn't make my list. I'm glad to hear I got the majority of it right.

Quartey over Vargas is pretty bold, considering it's disputed and Vargas holds a very clear win over Quartey.

Mayorga is just not very good though... he's clearly not top 10 I don't think.

I still don't know anything about Oba Carr, other than he was very slick, and never won a world title.

To be honest your right about Ike Quartey/Fernando Vargas, i forgot Fernando Vargas had a win over Ike Quartey before he fought ODLH. I thought it was after, but you still could make an argument.

That Ike Quartey was a 34-0 undefeated champion so he deserves to be higher, and that Fernando Vargas at the time he fought ODLH. Was already a ruined fighter because he'd been battered by Felix Trinidad.
