and their opinions are completely irrelevant, it's up to the commission to determine what the substance is, if nazeem thought the substance was illegal, the commission should have confiscated it and made sure margarito had nothing left, instead he took it to his locker room and his guys started to scratch at it and trying to make it flake or whatever the hell they were doing

Exactly my point, these dumb asses might exonerate Margarito due to their f*ing incompetence.

not to mention that Margo's people could counter with "tampering evidence"
all they have to say is they switched the pads when they took them from one room to another.. and for all we know it could be true!

Emanuel Steward. He didn't find it plausible in the least. As proof of his point, he mentioned that he was about to auction off the hand-wraps that Lennox Lewis used in his fights with Mike Tyson and Hasim Rahman. For more than six years, Steward has kept them in a Ziploc bag.
haha sick, he keep those hand-wraps in a ziploc bag for 6 years

Because if somebody lost sight of this even for a few minutes the defense on Margarito's side is going to rebut this by saying that the samples might have been compromised.
            that's a definite possibility

yo honestly I don't deny that there was something strange on his wraps, however I also do think that if anything Margarito didn't know. I give him the benefit of the doubt there, if a fighter trusts his trainer he'll but whatever reason or explination as to why the trainer may do things different. 1 of the main rules in Boxing is to respect your trainer 100%, do as he says and I think that Tony, a ***** who stood side by side with the same trainer he's had his whole career, at least to my knowledge, I think Tony honors that rule.. Capetillo could have told him whatever he wanted to, he could have said "look here this is something new we are going to try, this is for such and such reasons" and Tony accepts his trainers words, he trusts him. there is an uncanning bond between fighter and trainer especially when there is a long history together as is in this case. I honestly believe 100% that there WAS something funny in Margarito's gloves but I also feel like Tony didn't know about it.

even ****m Richardson said "Tony could have been just as surprised as all of us", why you think that is? he was there, he saw natural reactions so honestly he must have saw a natural cool in Tony, a cool that suggested to him that it was possible the fighter didn't know anything because why else would he say that? and then Shane, even Shane said in a ESPN interview that it's truly the trainers fault, HE should have known better as Tony is only there to fight it's his trainers and teams job to take care of everything else so that the fighter only has to worry about combat and nothing else. it is VERY possible this has been happening all along and Tony just didn't know, maybe he asked questions and they fed him bull****? maybe they decieved him to believe what they were saying? it's no doubt that something that still remains to be identified, a substance it's just I think that Tony didn't know about it. Tony is a stand up dude, he's a warrior and he doesn't deserve this treatment after such a hard and long fought road to the top, he finally lives his glory for as little as it lasted and now everyone has something to say about him due to a substance that has yet to even be determined as something illegal. it's sad because if I am correct and he didn't actually know of this substance in his wraps he will not only have been decieved by his career long trainer but also decieved by the many whom were "supporting" him, calling themselves his fans, only to turn around and bash him before they even determine wether the substance was illegal.

it's wrong man Tony deserves more from the people, it's sad because the same media that made him, the same media who created all this "feared man" **** is the same media working with every bit of their power to take him down and tarnish his image, none of the love is pure, none of the respect is real because they bashed him before questioning him and when they DID question him he maintained his innocence, he told the people what they should have wanted to hear if they were real fans of him but since they weren't then his words fell on deaf ears. I been on and off many different websites in the past few days looking and reading and all I see is "Margarito's legacy this and Margarito's legacy that" but it's wrong because he fought hard for his name and now people wanna take that away from him. Febuary 10th will determine wether there was something illegal in the wraps but they really need to do a lie detector test and ask both fighter and trainer to answer the questions, if Margarito LIED, then and only then will I disregard him but if he DIDN 'T, and I think he didn't, then I will continue to support him but ONLY then will I support him or not support him, until that time comes I will support the fighter, he's always been stand up and I just don't see that in him, he doesn't look like a dirty guy to be doing **** like that knowingly.. you never know but from me he gets the benefit of the doubt, to me he is innocent until proven guilty.
