its alot of bull**** if you ask me all this finger pointing towards antonio margarito is just way overdone i mean he aint the only one in the sport of boxing trying to cheat or get an edge is just crazy look at the steroid allegations towars shane mosley or fernando vargas or james toney and roy jones jr is just rediculous considering the fact that all of them have something in common..which is just being smutted by accusations of cheating or doping is just crazy ...

I am only waiting on the official results of the investigation because it would be unfair to judge him without that, but most everything I have heard that doesn't come from Margarito or his team points to the fact that Tony was trying to cheat, and if true his legacy is destroyed, rightfully so, all his wins come under question, and his boxing career should be over.

He seemed like a very nice and humble guy, this is totally unexpected but if it's true he needs to be punished for it.
      that is so true

Just by the read I would say he's guilty, he did seem like a nice guy, but i wouldn't go as far as saying he was humble. Especially if he enjoyed beating guys by cheating.

Miguel Cotto could have gotten and unfair beating and could have been seriously hurt. People would feel different it it was the other way around. If it was a Puerto Rican who cheated or any other boxer from any other nationality deserves to be punish. They have to set an example or else any other boxer could take a risk just for the money that comes with the victories.

if nazeem took the stuff back to his locker before giving it to the commision then this whole thing should be thrown out, you don't know what he could have done with them. The commision should have taken the substance directly from margarito, not after letting nazeem take it back to his locker room and have his guys go over it

The fact that the CSAC's personel completely failed to figure that there was something wrong, even after touching the plastered wraps themselves, serves to prove wrong the "clearence of guilt" presumption in Cotto's fight. For all we know, that may be never been proven or disproven and will forever taint not only that victory, but several of Margarito's big fights as well.
