      They can't, obviously, because he hasn't yet beaten an elite heavyweight. But this article is about Cruiserweights, not Heavyweights, and he was highly rated by The Ring at Cruiserweight long before he became The Ring champion.

            It is sad when you are making a list. What would the list be like
            if the rounds were 15. Those last three rounds often show who
            had the heart , stamina,and it separated good fighters from
            the real dedicated best fighters. I miss the big fights at 15
            rounds, most of the all time greatest bouts were at 15 rounds.
            Why are most of the changes made in our great sport seem to
            drag boxing popularity down. A big one that has turned fans away from the sport is judges. Some of the decisions made is enough to
            make some fans stop watching because they think every fight is fixed.
