I asked a prospect who had sparred both Pacquiao and Margarito who hit harder....

And he said Pacquiao hit harder. The fighter is a welterweight prospect named Said El Harrak, 3-0 (1 KO) and trained by Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. He's fighting in a 4-rounder on the Nate Campbell-Ali Funeka card. Here is what he had to say.

"Pacquiao by far. Someone asked me at the Margarito camp and I said Pacquiao because speed develops power. Pacquiao is much faster. Margarito can punch but he's very slow. If he brought more speed with it, the impact would be harder than a Pacquiao punch.

"Pacquiao's punch comes so fast and so precise, it's amazing. He hit me the hardest I've ever been hit and I've been in the ring with cruiserweights."

Watch for my article on this fighter next week.

I'm sure if that boxer has tasted a Margarito punch with "special" wrapping, he'd change his mind.

All I see in Hatton/Pacman is Hatton being interviewed after he's planted in about 3 rounds and making a joke about how he thought 'Pacman might have punched his head off'

Lol, interesting point because I don't suppose Marg was wearing plaster when sparring, hence him suddenly not being so powerful. Just another thing suggesting somethings up there.

This doesn't bode well for poor Ricky.
