And he said Pacquiao hit harder. The fighter is a welterweight prospect named Said El Harrak, 3-0 (1 KO) and trained by Eddie Mustafa Muhammad. He's fighting in a 4-rounder on the Nate Campbell-Ali Funeka card. Here is what he had to say.
"Pacquiao by far. Someone asked me at the Margarito camp and I said Pacquiao because speed develops power. Pacquiao is much faster. Margarito can punch but he's very slow. If he brought more speed with it, the impact would be harder than a Pacquiao punch.
"Pacquiao's punch comes so fast and so precise, it's amazing. He hit me the hardest I've ever been hit and I've been in the ring with cruiserweights."
