Poontango - I agree with you that Teddy was off his rocker with some of the rounds scored last night. There was one point where he'd score one to atone for a ****ty call the round prior. It was atrocious.

But I can't see how you can say it wasn't any sort of close. If you gave Urango the 10th, then that round clinched the fight for him. But 10-2 is just as much of a stretch as Teddy saying the fight was on the table in the 12th.

Off of the top of my head, I know I gave Ngoudjo rounds 5, 8 and 11. I'm pretty sure I gave him the 6th as well, but can't remember the other round.

    Urango undoubtedly won rounds 2, 3, 4, 7 and 12.

Round one was close, and little to nothing in the way of action occurred in the 9th and 10th.

Urango won, and deserved to win. But anything more than an 8-4 type win isn't giving Ngoudjo any sort of credit.
I agree. I gave rounds 1, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 to Ngoudjo. And those rounds could've went either way, it was a relatively close fight.

I had it 118-1109,I don't know what Atlas was watching.Urango was pressing the action and landing the harder shots.

Urango is turning out to be a bit of feather is Ricky Hatton's hat.

I still don't think Urango can hang with the other 140lb titlists. Bradley has a rock solid chin (so far) and would box circles around him, Holt may have a suspect chin, but he's to fast and slick for him, and Hatton already outclassed him. Maybe he could take on some young guys like Peterson or a vet like Witter.

            Urango won hands down

I watched it in French(I don't speak it)so I wasn't pursuaded by teddy.Herman was always retreating & never landed any hard punches.urango was wide with his punches but landed the harder punches & scored 2 knockdowns.

When I was watching Urango style of fighting it reminded me a little of Miguel Cotto without the jab & discipline. Then I saw that Miguel's Cotto's uncle was training him then it all made sense. He kept his head tucked into his gloves and charged forward. Seriously though, Urango needs to get a jab going on BIG TIME & take it easy with all those wide punches swung wildly but he did land the harder punches & had Ngoudjo on the run.

I think a good inside fighter with power can upper cut Urango to death. Teddy Atlas score card was a disgrace & I would have been upset if they scored it like Teddy & gave it to Ngoudjo. Teddy Atlas is a Hater anyways did you guys hear what he said about ****m Richardson? He said any trainer could have helped the older Bernhard Hopkins & Shane Mosley win their matches against Pavlik & Margarito?

Urango is a physical freak for 140 he will make alot more noise at 147 with that kind of power which I think he can carry to 147. He is exciting as if he lands it will change a fight instantly he will be outboxed by alot of great boxers ,but it's that style for the fans will make Urango a name.

Urango was too much in this fight. This kid needs some defense though, a better fighter would've damaged Urango. He should get with mayweather sr., he'd be dangerous if he learned to be a little slick. What was up with Teddy Atlas scorecard a 10-10 round? A 10-8 round with two knockdowns now way was this fight that close its like he doesn't pay attention.
