Pfffttt... Germany? Doesn't matter I suppose, as this one was never going to go the distance. Haye would be totally f****d if it did.

Best news I've heard all day!

Wladimir is the man with three world title belts and Haye is a voluntary challenger. The fight should be in Germany.

I hate watching Wlad's fights in Germany. The crowd is dead silent, I don't think the German's have emotions.

              Totally agree.

If you want the belt/s, you should have to GO and take them.

Thats the traditional way, and the way boxing should stick by.

It doesn't matter if it's staged in the UK or Germany.

I have attended alot of fight cards in Germany over the last 3 years and nearly always had an international crowd.
For example, at Povetkin - Chambers I met alot English lads and just last week in Riesa (Huck - Batello), the crowd was mixed with Serbs, Germans and Belgians - EVEN!

Best venue to stage this one would be the St.Pauli Stadium in Hamburg, Germany. Fits about 30.000 people.

Yes, but there's more to it than that. In terms of gate receipts and in terms of atmosphere, the fight would do much better in England. And the prospect of seeing 50,000+ noisy fans singing their lungs out might also add interest in the US and boost the viewing figures there as well. Of course Wlad would be within his rights to insist on Germany, but that doesn't necessarily make it the best venue from the point of view of increasing interest in the heavyweight division (which Wlad is keen to do), or from the point of view of his earnings.
