Margarito is guilty, even if he's found innocent.

Had there been nothing there, there would be no investigation. This ain't going to be no Mickey Mouse court, they have brought in the Justice Dept. You don't bring the Justice Dept into "Nothing there" This is a Federal Crime. You don't have the FEDS meddling in shiet like this unless there is something serious to look at and this is serious. Bye bye Capetillo
If it is Plaster of Paris, then **** Margarito. But even so, we cannot say claim his entire career rested on the use of it. There is no proof of it, only speculation.
Anyone with knowledge of law will agree with me, so i'll take that as a compliment.Comment

Seriously, it's got to a point now, where even if it comes out Margarito wasn't trying to cheat, he is still damned from now on and some will always discredit him.
The main principle of law is;
"Innocent until proven Guilty", however no one seems to be following that here. As we have everyone throwing their opinion out there, most of them condemming Tony.
How about we wait to see the outcome of the investigation?
None of us know all the facts, whether we like that fact or not.Comment

That's the problem.
The media says something, we assume it's true. So we shout that people are guilty, before any form of trial. Which is unfair, as this may affect the judgement of the trial..if everyone assumes he's guilty already, does he really have a chance?Comment

That is like saying you got caught sucking someone's d1ck but you claim that you are not g@y and that it was only your first time. Once a d1ck sucker, always a d1ck sucker, right?Comment
