Tito was the real thing. Margarito was trying to be Tito and EVEN with plaster, he could not KO Cotto. Cotto took a knee to avoid the plaster. He knew something was special about those punches that he had not felt with Mosley, Torres nor Kelson Pinto. All of which were KO artist mind you.
Plaster made it hard to keep in center of ring. Do you see what a joke Mosley made of Margarito?

I was readin this in the morning and I saw the ESPN interview and from what I saw I said to myself "so now they are gonna play the blame game huh" and knew that this was going to happen.
Now they are going to say that it was all Capetillo's fault and that Margarito was never aware of it and then they'll say that he never cheated cuz he wasnt aware of what was going down...kinda like the mosley steroids scandal
At the end of the day Margarito will get his Suspension removed but I dont think capetillo will get so lucky...

Arum is stating that he is certain that good will come of "This whole situation.", but he's not confident about Capetillo?
Based on the report, it doesn't sound like any good will come out of it even if the CSAC concludes there was tampering evidence.
I can understand if the commission completely absolves anyone of any wrongdoing.
