Does Gamboa still have a long way to go or what ? he has been fighting these lesser fighters as all fighters do in there early pro career's, but he has been getting tagged by them. I mean i know a lot of it has been down to Gamboa taking too many chances, because he knows they aint on his level, but.
I mean you could say Gamboa would probably be less inclined to take those kinda risks and make those mistakes if he were fighting a better caliber of fighter, but even still.
Then you gotta ask yourself, well is he learning good or bad stuff, because he is not learning a lot by taking on guys who he feels are not on his level, but by the same token the reason he is getting dropped is, because he is not respecting the fact that. No matter how ****ty his opponents are, they are allowed to punch back.
Jimmenez put him down, then he was knocked over (elbow) in his fight before last, against Ramirez i think his name was, then he was down in his last fight with speedy Gonzalez, i mean WTF i going on.
