Absolutely. I made this thread to make a point. If you beat the number 1 p4p fighter you do not become the number 1 p4p. That just isn't the way it goes.

You should see a doctor about that. Did you recently give birth? It's possible that the infants head teared your perineum giving you **** prolapse. Surgery would be the best option.
