Note tho that Pavlik and Marg while top fighters with power and durability were both tall straight at you slow basic predictable fighters who do the same thing every time out and seem incapable of change. Thats not a diss either they just are.

So does ****m only specialize in defeating this one style, is that were his strategic brilliance ends? Or is there many more tricks left in this guys bag?

Like i said im just curious, i think he looks the goods
If i remember correctly he was in the corner for Hopkins vs Tarver too.

i think fighters always deserves the credit....sure it helps not having an idiot in the corner and in training, but theres plenty of great trainers out there................

even i knew movement killed pavlik....look at the basic defense taylor used in their rematch and then tell me how hopkins could not do the same at a much higher level....

the only questions, is pavlik too powerful?-is hopkins too old?.....things that we as fans dont know so thats what gives drama to the fight......

mosley vs margarito, the moment shane came in at 147.2-147, ,my brother told me, shane knew what he should do now that he doesnt have much out boxing skill, shane is gonna get physical in this fight, unload quick and hard and tie up or push margarito back......

again the questions surrounding the fight, is mosley too old, is he durable enough?, is margarito too strong?...........
this things mostly depend on the fighters, even us as couch analisists can have a good gameplan so i honestly give fighters 90% of credit....but again it does help to not have an idiot in your corner.....

Good post Hype, The fighter is the one fighting and deserves most of the credit no doubt about it

Qustion was tho can ****m be as effective in his stratagy planning against other styles say a Dawson or a Quintana? I dont doubt he will be a great trainner and cover all angles Hopkins would have it any other way but i just thought it was relavent since his big wins have came against Pavlik and Margarito who have simalir traits!
