looks like you didn't if you don't think that's exactly what happened. you probably thought calzaghe's stoppage wins over sheika and mitchell were fair too. both times they are landing punches on calzaghe STOP THE FIGHT! mitchell lands a combination on calzaghe and falls off balance into the ropes(untouched by calzaghe) REF JUMPS IN TO SAVE HIM! perfect timing ya goofball. not to mention calzaghe looking at the ref trying to force an early stoppage. good racket you are running there.

Can i ask why does the uk get more ppvs then america i mean hatton mayweather got more ppvs in uk then odh pacman in usa, why is this considering your population is like 5x ours???
I think as a smaller country, with fewer successful names in the sport, it's a case of people "rallying behind their man". The British public adored Lennox when he was about cause it was a brilliant thing to be able to say the undisputed HW champ was from your country. I think the same applies; if we have a good practitioner, then everyone gets behind them (if only for one fight, a year, whatever).

I think over in the US maybe the opposite applies; the sheer size of the country may remove that nationalism edge and the amount of active pro boxers about makes it easier for people to slip through the cracks a little; Hatton vs Mayweather was the biggest thing in years here but over in the US they have huge fights pretty regular.

I dunno, mebbe im wrong but thats how i see it.
