****m Richardson (Shane Mosley’s trainer), was the man in the Margarito dressing room that was supposed to witness the wrapping of Margarito’s hands. Amazingly, one of Margarito’s hands was already in the glove and signed off by the representative of the California State Athletic Commission when Richardson appeared in the room. The Commission official was reported to be joking with the Margarito entourage while speaking Spanish when Richardson arrived.
you have the reasoning ability of a chimp. no seriously.
i like how you highlighted the First part of what i wrote and not the second part.
listen ******: i'm not saying he cheated in the cotto fight. I AM saying that if he cheated in the mosely fight, it's pretty likely he could have in the cotto fight adn there is no way to know either way.
you know what that means? it's his OWN DAMN FAULT he ****ed his own (already mediocre) legacy. stop trying to defend a scumbag.
Amazing that he would cheat to beat a guy he was FAVORED to defeat but would not cheat to beat a guy he was an underdog to AND it was the biggest fight of his career at that point! Keep taking it to him bro!
Yea, except the doctor there that said it was the same thing they use to make casts...
I don't understand how anyone can defend Margo for the Shane fight. Past fights I get, there's no way to know. But for the Shane fight it's as clear as day.
the doctor said it appeard that way when he stratch it...it was flakey..
chalk is flakey..maybe it was chalk? ..******* is flakey maybe it was *******...
That's 7.5 years apart. Plus, wasn't it Bouie Fisher who asked the NYAC to have Tito re-wrap his hands and wasn't it a completely different violation? Something like tape between the hands, right? I mean that stuff is illegal. Who even does that? Why wouldn't Fisher or Richardson or whoever call them on that or plaster of Paris?

They said it was wet and when it dried it was flakey. Then they said they found plaster of Paris in the locker. You're so full of it that you don't even have a point.

Well, both are acused of arming themselfs in battle,
while Mosley is acused of being a dope fiend...

case closed. He did not, and cannot say I did not happen in the Cotto fight, just that they have procedural safeguards in place, of the same type CA does. CA did not catch it so there is no reason why it could not have happened in NV. If he is guilty we will never know if he did it before, but there is no reason to think he has not. In fact, logically, there is every reason to think he has done it before.
For the record I don't "hate" Margarito. In fact I respected his training, power, and chin. He seemed like a guy who did not have the athletic gifts of RJJ or PBF and only got to where he was b/c of hard work. If he is guilty I will hate him because it means everything I believed in was bull****.
He did it in the Trinidad/Hopkins fight, he did it in the Secundo Mercado rematch w/Hopkins.. Hopkins was down twice in the first fight..
this isnt the first time he made a stink out of an opponents hand wraps and made them re wrap.
You realize that you listed three fights over a 15 year period right? And in each case the three different commissions ruled in his favor for three unique reasons. Which means that there's a 99.9999999% chance his complaints were valid.
Did you ever think that maybe, just maybe ****m Richardson is just a little more astute and perceptive than your average run of the mill cornerman and that was the reason why he'd caught three violations in the last 15 years whereas many cornermen go their whole career without catching any violations? Put that in your pipe and smoke it...
