margarito might move up in weight

Funny when guys get owned they were weight drained....and often go to different divisions. I'm damn sure if Margarito beat Mosley, he'd be king of the 147 pound division and looking to hold all the belts. Probably even fight pacquiao.

thats what half the Welterweight divsion did...Hatton Pacman moved down, Williams, Santos, Cintron moved up next up Luis Collazo, Andre Berto, Miguel Cotto. Its better that way than Cotto can fight both Angulo and Margarito.

It's his career, he can do whatever he wants. I'm just saying it's looking like he's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

It's like Erik Morales, he was too big to stay at 130 but was going to get his butt handed to him at 135 whenever he moved up anyways. It's just that people with Margarito's style don't often excel against bigger fighters.

Fact is he got caught with iron wraps now he wants to finally move up in weight like lil *****, Miguel Cotto took a chance on him that no one esle would now hes too of a ***** to retur the favor hes cruel, he doesnt have his plaster so hes running from Cotto rematch

If there's any way that Margarito can stay at 147 he should do so...At 154 he loses a lot of the advantages that make him so dangerous as a welterweight...If he moves up he will no longer have the size and strength edge that he has become accustomed to...Those are the things that seperated him from the rest of the fighters at welterweight...

Tony will run into the same dilema that Ricky Hatton had when he moved up to 147...The fighters will be bigger and stronger, his punches will have less of an effect, and the punches comin at him will be much stronger...
