    margarito might move up in weight

    according to co manager francisco espinoza margarito had a hard time making weight. they are going to talk and check if he will move up to 154 or if he could make the weight to fight cotto in june. margarito is in 45 days suspension

    I was thinking this was the best move for him at this point.

    he def isnt the best WW..Shane and PW proved that to us.

    Go to 154, try to fight Santos and pick up a title..

          I'm not sure what kind of effect being hit by larger men will have on a guy who just suffered a traumatic knockout and with proven defensive deficiencies.

            what do you suggest he do sir? Not try to rematch Santos or PW who are currently at 154? geeesh...

                Funny when guys get owned they were weight drained....and often go to different divisions. I'm damn sure if Margarito beat Mosley, he'd be king of the 147 pound division and looking to hold all the belts. Probably even fight pacquiao.

                    He's naturally a big guy, but moving up in weight IMO isn't going to change anything, might make it worse.
