Several come to mind:

Shane Mosley
James Toney (at least twice - Ruiz fight and Batchelder fight)

Both have been proven to have used steroids.

What about Roy Jones? Evander Holyfield?

Does anybody know of any other cheaters?

Fernando Vargas was suspended for using steroids before the Delahoya fight. Tommy Morrison was never caught but admitted to using them as I''m sure many others have. I'm 99 percent sure Holyfield did. As for Jones I have seen nothing that makes me believe he did.
