No one said Floyd is a bum. Even though he's no longer on my favourite boxer list, I would defend him if someone were to say that. However, the fact that he did not fight the best fighters before he left and instead went after the way past his prime De La Hoya and the natural junior welterweight in Hatton lost a lot of respect from many people. He refused to fight Cotto who was one of the top WW and hungry, at the time and still explosive and he refused to fight Margarito yet Mosley fought both of them willingly. Sure boxing is a a business, but the PBF fans are very loud for someone who did not clean out his division.
