I agree with the Bernard needs to be up there instead of De La Hoya. De La Hoya has lost 2 out his last 3 fights. Even though both fights are against P4P elite his inconsistency and losses need to be replaced. Sugar Shane could take Cotto's place if he could beat Miguel.

1st he didnt even have that mny fights a superfeatherweight 2ndhedidnt fight anybody ...third the best fighter he fought to date hatton who was alos beat by collazo 4th hes retired..IF he comes back and has a great preformane against a great opponent maye he can get put back up there
