Hopkins and Pacquaio both have resumes that are better than Mayweather right now... no question in my mind.

Trinidad might have a more solid resume too, he fought a lot of good fighters on his way up.

This is off the top of my head you could proberbly find more on Boxrec but Tito's resume reads something like this from Memory
