it was shane's body attack that killed marg imho. if mosley didnt kill the body i dont think margarito would've went down just from all the right hands he landed.

I said right after the fight, he had a look in his eyes 2 rounds before the fight was over that made me think he was gonna end up leavin on a stretcher. And I didn't even think he looked right before the fight, he looked blank and flat.

Now if he does attempt a comback fight, Its gonna be sick just to see him take shots now. It's like watchin Mayorga all over again.

well mayorga atleast has some defense when he wants to use it, but margarito's defense is to protect his body with his face.

That is true, I think Margarito came into the fight a little weight drained. he didn't have to weight 145, but I think Mosley is the hardest puncher he has ever faced. Who has Cintron knocked out Lately?

dont mention mosley and cintron in the same breath..margo is the biggest name cintrons faced and he got soned twice

I think both men paid a huge toll in that fight, we have yet to see how Cotto bounces but he might be affected as well, we'll see. Tony got hit a lot against Cotto but I think Shane just has a much better punch, he practically lunged his whole body and was hitting him like a heavy bag, I know Shane's got fast hands but those big punches he threw just weren't squared and feet planted punches, they were practically haymakers gallore and I was amazed that Tony had no reaction to get away from them, none, zero. His defense is underrated, yes he gets hit a lot but he uses his gloves to deflect some of those big shots and yet he just stood there like a dummy getting tagged left and right. Something was wrong with that man that night, I noticed it since he came out, jitters, limelight? I don't know what the f uck happened to him.

They both roll with punches, Marg was rollin with Cotto's punches early in their fight. But this fight, Marg was all ****in weird. I mean he put good work in on the inside. He backed Mosley up a couple times when Mosley wasn't able to hold. But aside from that, Marg was like jumping in an ****? lol His fight game was disgusting. Either he was nervous or with the wraps gettin exposed, he knew no matter what he was gonna have to eat ****.

I remember the Cintron fights and I watched the Diaz fight on ESPN last week and Marg USE to have defense. He'd catch the punches and lean back, then go forward. But in the Cotto fight and this fight, he was just face first with everything.
