Well, I have no doubt he could take them for a few rounds before he cracked. He was taking HUGE right hands without being hurt from rounds 1-7 against Mosley and was never hurt vs Cotto, Cintron, Clottey and shaken in the 1st against Santos but never in trouble.

He might be like Mayorga he could proberbly take 1 or two Titos shots but they would really do damage.

they overrated it b/c he took alot of shots from cotto. but to be real cotto aint no devastating puncher and if you think different. how many times have you seen him get a ko without breaking you down.

Shane was never a big puncher once he moved up to ww and jr. middleweight. Tito on the other hand was a vicious puncher who knocked heads off, Tony's chin would never recover from hooks that Tito would hit him with. Tito is also a guy who i have a su****ion might have been aided by some extra goodies in the gloves, some of his shots were thunderous bone breaking shots.

He was a 1 division fighter with the lone exception of the Santos fight in which he failed. Why the hype not just now that he lost but before this fight about his chin?? I can understand if he moved up in weight and took on dudes in different divisions but he fought guys in his division, its not like he was taking flush shots from Tyson and smiling back.......

yea people always talkin about tony is so tough he's the only person to fight most the top ww, yea but besides williams margarito is the biggest ww he if anything is clearly a jr middleweight so even if he was fighting the top ww he is still fighting smaller men
