This fight was a pure mismatch, it was a pure beating from beggining to end as Rydell Booker was beaten up from one corner to another.

Booker was undefeated with a record of 22-0, the record was heavily padded and it really showed in this fight. The scores were 120-108, 118-109 and 117-110. James Toney is the new IBA heavyweight champion.

This fight could have been stopped at anytime after the first round as Booker did nothing at all in most rounds. Booker just ran and tried to survive as James Toney beat on his body and landed the right uppercut all night long.

Booker landed three shots per round at best and in some rounds I didnt see him land a punch at all. Some rounds I'm not sure if Booker even through a punch. I couldnt believe the corner of Booker let the fight get to the last round.

Booker was rocked several times in the fight and took a knee in the eight round as Toney had him rocking all over the ring.

Toney said that he hurt his left arm in the first round but it doesnt appear to be anything serious. Since Toney hurt his left, he threw the right uppercut all night and probaly landed every single one.

People make fun of the conditioning of Toney but he went twelve long rounds of stalking, throwing punches and appeared in great shape. I cant say the same for Booker who came into the fight with a huge gut. Never good when a 23 year old guy comes into the fight in such sad shape.

not really, plus he does hold a victory over VK, and Tua than man who KO'd Ruiz. doesn't matter soon Toney will have all the belts. quick question, if Brewster does fight Holyfield do you think he can win? I like brewster but his style is made to order for the older slower holyfield.

I saw and replied in the other thread.
I don't think Rick saw all of the fight.

VK was beating Byrd before he quit due to injury.
            Check the score cards.

Toney will only have his toilet paper belt.
He will get his ass beaten against any real heavyweight.
Even Byrd and Ruiz will beat this fat ugly overrated all hype ape.

            I don't know about Brewster.
            I haven't seen him fight.
So I really can't say anything about him.
Holyfield should stop being a ****ing moron and retire already.

brewster is fun to watch, everytime you think he is out he comes back and ****s the other guy up. I think his last fight my have fixed, he could have ko'd that guy whenever he felt like it, but since it was his friend i guess he was trying to help his career. he is tough, but i don't think anyone is as tough as holyfield. Who is one of my all time favorites behind Big George. as for this this fight, i guess i say hope that maybe toney had a bad night, because he is really good, and is known for putting on a show. I talked to my wife she said that toney fought good and made this guy look ******. I don't know if you saw the fights when toney fought Jirov or Holy, but he fought those fights perfect, no one could have beaten him on those nights (in the HW div)

Jirov was at the fight and went through the crowd after the fight and called out Toney.
It pissed off Toney and Toney went into his usual crazed gorilla fit and waited till someone was holding him to start moving towards Jirov.

Toney looked like a fool in the Booker match.
A guy who is so hyped shouldn't be doing this badly against a nobody.

winning every round isn't that bad. as for Jirov he has been wanting to fight toney every since toney took his belt. I beleive Jirov has a better chance of beating toney than any one else in the div, simply because he has so much heart and good skill. i thin k jirov will due good in the div, as long as he doesn't continue to get stafted like he did against Mesi.

Yes but watch how he won those rounds.
At times it looked like he didn't want to get off his stool or was going to collapse.
