Because that's how it works. You can't just assume someone is guilty without proof.

Yea, he tried to do it in this fight. Chances are, he has done it before. But there is no solid proof that he has, so he is innocent until it is proven otherwise.

I'm not a big Marg fan btw, so don't come at me calling me a nuthugger or some **** like that.

I guess people are supposed to say GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.

OO OK... so they are talkin about past fights? i thought they was talkin bout this one, thats why im like what are they talkin about innocent until proven, when dude was caught n the act

There is EVIDENCE. No hard proof that it was in fact plaster. We just have to wait people..

Nah, anyone that says he wasn't trying to cheat this time is crazy. He was caught doing it, so it's proven.

I think they mean about old fights, ie Cotto, Cintron, Williams, Clottey etc.

Well he is guilty of doing it this once.

The only thing is whether he's done it before, and based on it being proved once, there's a good chance he has. But yes, there's no actual solid proof per say for previous fights at the moment, just circumstances which suggest he may well have done it before.
