Yeah. We obviously have to wait for the investigation, but it does indeed look grim for team Margarito.

Richardson originally had objected to the amount of tape on Margarito's hands and when it was removed, the foreign substance was discovered, Espinoza said.

Co-executive director of the California State Athletic Commission was there. He agreed with ****m so this is very serious.

If it's true he better get kicked out of the sport.

Tbh it doesn't look good, if he can destroy Cotto fairly then why would he need to resort to cheating for a fight everyone expected him to stroll through?

It makes more sense that if he was using it yesterday then he's probably used it before and explains why he was able to break Cotto down so easily.

Indeed it is. And who thinks this is the first time Margarito has done it?

Resto admitted that Panama Lewis did his deed twice before the Collins fight.

Absolutely one can deduct that he used it before - if he's willing to use it in a fight that he's a favorite - then how doesn't he use it against Cotto for which he was an underdog AND it was the biggest fight of his career?... I hope his ass is banned for life if this is all true...

Yeah, this is really bad! I don't see how it could be an accident and like someone said, if he used it in a fight everyone thought he should win, why wouldn't he use it against an opponent that he was supposed to lose to (Cotto). I wonder why Larry Merchant didn't ask him about the wraps in the post fight interview.?

I agree. It all makes sense...

Look at how Cotto was able to hit Margarito at will throughout the fight and Margarito's face had no signs of wear and tear at end. Cotto's face, on the otherhand, looked completely busted up. That's crazy considering that Margarito didn't land nearly as clean as Cotto did.

                Margarito is a disgrace.

I assume your joking. Margarito's face was really swollen at the end of the fight with Cotto..

Of course it's not proven, but I'd bet that he has used it before for sure.

I always liked Marg and respected him as a fighter. I hope this is proven to be untrue. If it is true, **** him.
