But with all due respect if the sample collected by the CSAC is indeed deemed illegal
than it is Margarito who openes himself and his carreer up to speculation.

Honestly no one truly knows voting either Yes or No just exposes a bias for or against Margarito. Which is why i didnt vote because honestly there is no proof that he did or didnt. Hell if anything the ones that argue that he didnt would have more credibility because before every fight you have trainers of the opposing fighter watching the wrapping of the gloves making sure everything is straight legit. I seriously doubt that Mosley's trainer is the only man in boxing that knows about that type of **** so there is no real reason to believe that he has used the illegal handrwraps unless he is proven to be guilty somehow like someone in his corner admitting to it. But yea again none of us really know for sure although obviously me being a huge margarito fan obviously i hope he didnt!

someone up here said they think marg didnt cheat because members of other teams were allowed to see him get his hands wrap, correct, BUT it's HARD to tell the difference between the plaster of paris wraps and regular gauze until you feel them and Naazim Richardson is aware of those things, so people stop making excuses for Margarito, after the Cotto fight I had upmost respect for him, but now, he can just rott in hell, chances are he did have his hands wrapped that way for the Cotto fight, the blows in the Cotto fight were much harder, and whoever disagrees is blind and naive

I'll vote NO, and give Margarito the benefit of the doubt for now. I believe a man is innocent until proven guilty.

There hasn't even been any proof he was about to use illegal handwraps against Mosley, just a media comment by a representative of Golden Boy Promotions!

That comment set a lynch mob into motion against Marg, but people shouldn't be jumping to conclusions.

According to HBO, an official from the California Boxing Commission told them what had been found in Margarito's gloves was believed to be plaster, and that it had been confiscated and submitted for further investigation.

It does not expose a bias it exposes ones current opinion given the information and circumstances. 80% of NSB didn't have much trouble forming an opinion. And as said several times throughout this thread. If he used illegal handwraps against someone he was a heavy favorite to beat. Wouldn't it make sense he would use those same handwraps for a fight he came in as underdog for? Can I make a conviction? No. Do I think he did cheat before? Yes. Can I say for sure Michael Jackson has had informal contact with children before? No, am I pretty sure he has? Yes. Do I know for fact R. Kelly peed on an underaged girl? No, is it pretty damn obvious he did? Yes. Of course this is all just IMO, so no disrespect.
