Hearns stamina was only suspect once it went past the 13th and even then it wasn't bad. In a 12 round fight Hearns would be fine.

I know how powerful Tommy was, but i've never seen AM hurt, altho he ain't ever fought anyone in his career that had Hearns' power.

'IF' he could take Tommy's best shot (and i reckon he possibly could), Marg would do a similar job on Tommy, that he did on Cotto.
Dennis Andries? The 3 times Light Heavyweight Champ. At LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT, yes 175 28 pounds above where Margarito fights at and Tommy Hearns won by TKO in the 10th

Margarito weathers the early onslaught then shatters Hearns' glass chin.

I would personally give the match to Margarito. Hearn's has a suspect chin. Which is why I think he could probably lose if Margarito is able to hurt/damage Hearn's before Hearn's damages him.

I really don't know. I don't know the limits of Margarito's chin so it's hard for me to tell whether he can deal enough damage on Hearns before H knocks him out.

Hearns would need to box and keep distance from Margarito. Once Margarito feels that unreal power, it's a whole other fight. Hearns wasn't just a big puncher, even in defeat he left his mark against Hagler and Leonard with that right hand of his. Margarito would make it a rough fight though, should he get inside.

                  So Hearns by KO.

A lot would depend on where the fight played out on the inside Hearns is terrible and Margarito should be able to get some work done there. On the outside though Hearns is far superior, and I really do not know if Tony has what it takes to really get inside Hearn's range.

Hearns did come up short in a lot of his big fights and there are certain aspect to Margarito's game that could trouble Hearns (chin, relentless, some power) but I have to favor Hearns atleast 75/25.

Course i knew who Andries was. One of the worst world champions we've ever had. To say he was an 'unorthodox' boxer would be an under-statement. lol

He wasn't actually born in the UK though.
