I can't deny Mayweather's skills, but he's not unbeatable. He lost the first fight to Castillo.

He retired because he's scared that one day he have to face the top WW fighter.

Floyd either fights the welters or shuts TFU. I hate tough talk and no action. The only credit I'll give him in his last couple of fights are Judah (Zab at his absolute best in awhile there) and an undefeated Hatton. This is why I can't stand him and Calzaghe. Mother****er **** a brick when Cotto was mentioned as an opponent in his last post fight interview before he ran off.

I would rate Margarito and Cotto above Floyd at welterweight, though Margarito didn't rematch Williams. I would rate Clottey and Mosley below both of them.

no he actually talked about Cotto when he was on Friday Night fights and pretty much dared Cotto to call him out... and of course Cotto didnt because he doesnt choose who he fights he lets management handle everything.

When he was with Bob Papa? Isn't the same interview where he said Cotto needs a fan base? Because that was more like an excuse to me, and Cotto isn't calling him out either. Neither of them have expressed great interest in fighting each other.
