Chad Dawson could beat Joe calzaghe

Agreed,I had it a draw but if it were to give it to somebody I'd give it to Dawson. He just one to many in the first half of the fight. You mean the people who seen Johnson stunning Dawson in the third and tenth and doing not much after that? I closely re watched that over and over, and there were times i had it a draw and other times i had Dawson winning by one point. Either way i never had Johnson winning. People forget the rounds that Dawson out landed and out boxed Johnson, just look at the punch stats. Dawson threw and landed more.Comment

To A Lot of Boxing Fans...
...there is no such thing as a close fight won by the favorite. If it's close a lot of people automatically start saying "just about everyone had (name of underdog) winning that fight." Some prime examples are Hatton-Collazo, Berto-Collazo, Dawson-Johnson. Those were all close fights won by the favorite where I bet 45-55% of the people watching thought the favorite won. But to read some of the comments on these boards you'd think it was more like 90-95% of the people watching who thought the underdog won.
Get over it. Favorites are going to get about 75% or more of the coin flip decisions, especially if they are the belt holder going into the fight. It's not the end of the world and it definitely doesn't mean "just about everyone" disagrees with the decision.Comment

I'm a huge Chad fan, but at this point in his career he'd get UD'd by Joe, Glen Johnson tested Chad all the way and some say Glen should have gotten the decision. Glen is a non stop pressure fighter with a chin and large volumes of Punches which is exactly what Joe is except Joe doesn't hit as hard, punches more and is faster.i dont know why hes giving that big mouth antonio tarver a rematch he clearly outboxed him, i just finished watching some rounds of the tarver-dawson fight, i havent watched much of chad dawson but ill tell you what, he does fight like a champion, great hand speed for a guy his size, decent power, and good ring movement and reflexes, he would give calslappy a great fight and id say he would beat calslappy.Comment
